Screening for Plagiarism Policy
Journal of Law, Islamic Law, Governance, and Global Justice (JLIGGJ) requires all submitted manuscripts to be original and free from plagiarism. Each manuscript will undergo plagiarism screening using detection software before entering the peer-review process.
Authors must properly cite and reference all sources, ideas, theories, data, and quotations used in the manuscript. Manuscripts with a high level of similarity, improper citation, or evidence of plagiarism may be returned to the authors, rejected, or withdrawn from publication.
The journal does not tolerate any form of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, or duplicate publication. Authors are fully responsible for the originality and integrity of their submitted work.
JLIGGJ is committed to upholding academic honesty and ethical publication standards.
