Archiving Policy
Indonesian Multidisciplinary Proceedings (IMP) implements an archiving policy to ensure that all published articles are preserved, maintained, and remain accessible over time. Every article that has successfully passed the editorial process and has been accepted for publication will be stored within the proceedings' digital archiving system through official publication platforms, institutional repositories, or other digital storage services managed by the publisher or scientific event organizer.
This archiving policy aims to ensure long-term access to scholarly works, protect articles from data loss, and support transparency and accountability in academic publishing. The management of Indonesian Multidisciplinary Proceedings strives to ensure that article metadata, manuscript files, author information, volume and issue records, and other supporting documents are securely preserved and can be retrieved when necessary.
In addition to internal archiving, published articles may be indexed or stored through external archiving services, academic databases, digital libraries, institutional repositories, Google Scholar, GARUDA, Crossref, and other indexing platforms in accordance with the publisher’s policies. Through these preservation efforts, published articles remain accessible in the long term, continue to be citable, and contribute sustainably to the advancement of knowledge.
